Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the processing of personal data on the VPN59 marketing website and user panel. It explains what information is needed to provide subscription services, how it is used, and how to request its deletion. Data processing on third-party payment pages and external websites is governed by their respective policies.
Account and Order Information
VPN59 accounts can be created with a username and password, without an email address. An email address is not required for registration or for activating a subscription. Account information is used to verify identity, maintain login status, and identify subscription entitlements. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.
For transactions, this service processes order identifiers, plan details, amounts, payment status, and subscription validity to deliver the service, reconcile payments, handle refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. Text and attachments voluntarily submitted in support tickets are used to address the reported issue. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPN59 follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through subscription routes, or store browsing content, lists of destinations, or historical connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. This policy does not mean that account and billing information are never processed; those records serve different purposes.
Connection status and traffic measurements are temporarily processed to establish connections and enforce plan traffic limits. Temporary connection status is used only to maintain a connection and address necessary technical issues, then cleared when no longer needed; it is not converted into browsing history. Cumulative account traffic is used to calculate usage and does not include details of websites visited. Diagnostic information submitted by users is handled through support tickets and should not be assumed to include browsing content.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help assess page visits, referral categories, and button usage, identify broken links, and improve content. They relate to activity on the marketing website and are not used to record browsing activity on subscription routes. Passwords, authentication tokens, and subscription links should not be submitted as analytics data.
Cookies and local storage are used for essential session status, login credentials, and language preferences. You can restrict or clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may log you out or require you to select your preferences again. Logging out does not delete account information. On shared devices, also clear information saved by the browser. Disabling relevant storage may affect normal use of the panel.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
VPN59 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant payment provider handles the payment process, and this service confirms entitlements based on the order and payment result. Third parties may process payment information, verify transactions, and retain records under their own rules. Refer to the policy shown at the time of payment for details.
This service does not require users to provide payment account passwords to process orders. When cooperating with service providers or disclosing information as required by law, only information necessary for the relevant purpose is provided. The privacy policies of third-party websites do not replace this policy, which does not cover their independent processing activities.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while account services are provided. Order and refund records are retained as needed to fulfill transactions, reconcile payments, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support ticket and analytics data are retained only for as long as their respective purposes require. When a purpose ends and there is no basis for continued retention, the relevant information is deleted or processed so it can no longer be associated with an individual. No uniform fixed retention period is promised.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Account ownership must be verified before processing a request. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. Information that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding transaction will be accompanied by an explanation, and its use will be restricted. Clearing browser data does not replace a server-side deletion request.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy changes, the revised text will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable. Users can contact support through a panel ticket with questions or concerns about data processing. Other service terms are available in the Terms of Service.
