VPN59 Quick Start

Get your subscription from the dashboard, import it into a client for your device, and check that the connection works.

Interfaces vary across platforms, clients, and versions. Labels such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” and “Import” may differ; follow the download and import instructions in the dashboard. This guide covers the main steps to connect. If the problem persists, see Troubleshooting.

Create an Account and Save Your Login Details

Start on the account creation page in the VPN59 dashboard. No email address is required; just enter a username and password. Choose a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and store it securely in a password manager. Before submitting, check your entries for accidental spaces or mistyped characters.

Once you’re done, follow the page instructions to open the dashboard. If it doesn’t open automatically, sign in with the username and password you just saved. Check the account name before choosing a plan. If your browser has saved other accounts, make sure you’re in the intended one so you can find your subscription after payment.

Creating an account and activating a paid plan are separate steps. Once in the dashboard, you can review plan details and the download section. Sign in to download clients for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. You can get the subscription needed to connect from the dashboard after your plan is active. The iOS download option is available according to the dashboard’s active-plan check. If you already have an account, just sign in and continue below.

Choose a Plan and Confirm It’s Active

Open the plan section in the dashboard and consider how often you’ll use the service. Monthly plans are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not necessarily on the first day of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Review the plan details and checkout total shown in the dashboard before placing your order.

For data you can use without a fixed billing cycle, consider a permanent data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. It remains valid until used up and never expires. Monthly plans and data packages are billed differently, so consider whether data resets monthly, not just the total allowance. Follow the dashboard instructions for how different products appear and work on your account; don’t assume data is combined or deducted in a particular order.

Once you’ve chosen a plan, check its name, price, and payment method, then follow the order page to pay. VPN59 supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After payment, return to the dashboard to check the order status and plan details. Completing payment on an external page doesn’t automatically update the client configuration; confirm activation in the dashboard first.

If the plan doesn’t appear after payment, refresh the order and account details, and check that you’re signed in to the right account. Don’t submit the same order again. If you still have questions, verify the status through a dashboard support ticket. The service offers no-questions-asked refunds within 7 days; see the Refund Policy for how to request one. Once your plan is active, get your subscription from the account overview.

Choose This Plan

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Open the account overview in the dashboard. Check your plan status and remaining data, then find the subscription option. The subscription link is a credential that lets a client retrieve your configuration and server list—it isn’t a regular website address or an installer. Pasting it into a browser may show configuration text or start a download; that doesn’t mean it has been imported into a client.

If the dashboard offers an import option for your client, open the client first and start the import from the dashboard. When prompted to choose an app, confirm that the app name is correct. If no app prompt appears, or the import option doesn’t match your client, copy the subscription link and paste it into the client’s subscription or configuration manager instead.

When pasting the link manually, copy it in full without adding quotation marks, spaces, or line breaks. Don’t use the plan page URL in place of the subscription link. A compatible client is usually needed to read the subscription; follow the format options shown in the dashboard and client. If you get a format error, go back to the dashboard and check your selection instead of editing the link parameters.

Treat your subscription link like an account credential. Don’t post it in public forums, paste it into online conversion tools, or include it in screenshots. If you contact support about an import issue, provide the client name, operating system, and error message—never the full link. After copying the link or starting the import, continue with the instructions for your platform below.

Open Account Overview

Import into a Client for Your Platform

In the dashboard’s download section, select your operating system and use the client and instructions provided there. Don’t download an app from another site based only on a similar filename, or assume installation steps for one operating system apply to another. The labels below are there to help you find the right options; if the names differ, look for the equivalent subscription or configuration manager.

You’re done with this step when the client shows the imported configuration and loads a server list. Installing or opening the app—or seeing a system permission prompt—doesn’t mean you’re connected yet. If the list is empty after import, check for a subscription update prompt, then return to the account overview and confirm your plan status.

Windows: Find the Desktop Client’s Configuration Options

Sign in to the dashboard and choose the Windows desktop client from the download section. Install and open it as instructed. Find the subscription or configuration manager. If the dashboard offers an import option for this client, start the import there and confirm the configuration is saved in the client. To import manually, choose the option to add a configuration by link and paste the subscription link you copied from the account overview.

Wait for the client to update the subscription, then check that a configuration name and server list appear. Set that configuration as the active one. Enable system proxy or network routing options on Windows according to the client’s instructions; you don’t need to turn on every advanced option just to connect. When choosing a server and connecting, try to keep only the proxy client you’re using running to avoid configuration conflicts.

macOS: Import a Configuration and Approve System Access

Choose the macOS desktop client from the dashboard’s download section and install it as instructed. Open the client and find the configuration or subscription option. Use the import method supported by both the dashboard and client where possible. For a manual import, paste the full subscription link, save it, and update the subscription. Once the list loads, select the configuration you just added rather than an older one.

The first time you connect, macOS may ask you to approve network settings or related permissions. Check that the request comes from the client you just installed, then follow the system prompts. Don’t disable system security settings to proceed. If the client says it’s connected but your browser’s exit IP hasn’t changed, check the client’s proxy mode and system proxy status. See Troubleshooting for more detailed guidance.

Android: Manage Subscriptions in the Mobile Client

Sign in to the dashboard to access the Android client download. Install and open the VPN59 mobile client, then go to the subscription or configuration screen and add your subscription using the link. If you launch the app directly from the dashboard, return to the client and confirm that the configuration was added and the subscription updated. Opening the app from a system prompt doesn’t complete the import by itself.

Select the configuration and start the connection. When Android asks for VPN connection permission, confirm the app name and continue. Then check the connection status in the client. If the connection drops when you switch apps or lock the screen, check your device’s background activity and battery settings for the client. Options vary by device, so there’s no need to change them during initial setup; troubleshoot them if you run into this issue.

iOS: Download from the Dashboard and Add a Configuration

Sign in to the dashboard on your iOS device and check that your account has an active plan that hasn’t expired. Then open the iOS option in the download section. The dashboard provides the relevant download option based on your plan status. Follow its instructions to get the client from the App Store. This page doesn’t provide an installer or a fixed App Store link; use the current download and import instructions in the dashboard.

After installing the client, return to the dashboard and follow the import instructions for your client. If a supported app import option is available, open the client and save the subscription. If you need to add it manually, use the copied link in the client’s subscription or configuration manager. When connecting, allow the VPN configuration when prompted by iOS and complete any required system confirmation. Then check that the configuration and server list are available before testing the connection.

Linux: Follow the System Instructions in the Dashboard

Linux is also supported, and you can download a client from the dashboard after signing in. Installation and network routing steps vary by distribution, desktop environment, and permission setup, so follow the instructions provided for your system in the dashboard. Don’t copy Windows or macOS system settings steps. After importing, check the active configuration, subscription update, and server list as usual.

Get the Client

Connect to a Server and Verify It Works

Return to the client and check that the VPN59 configuration you just imported is selected. Choose a location from the loaded server list and connect. Pick a location that suits the service you want to use rather than choosing based only on distance. Available servers are shown in the dashboard and client. Not sure where to start? Read Servers and Location Selection, then return to the client.

After connecting, check that the client shows a successful connection and no authorization or subscription errors. Then open IP Lookup and compare the exit information before and after connecting. With rule-based routing, the lookup page and target app may use different routes, so the IP result is a useful check but doesn’t prove that every app is using the proxy.

Finally, open the website or app you actually want to use. Check that pages load, sign-in can continue, or the feature you need works. A changed exit IP doesn’t change an account’s eligibility, regional policies, or content access. And access to one website doesn’t mean every service has been verified. Test each service you plan to use.

If it isn’t working, first confirm your plan and remaining data in the dashboard. Then update the subscription in the client, check that the right configuration and proxy mode are enabled, and try another server from the list. Change one setting at a time and note any error messages so you can identify what made a difference. Avoid changing DNS, network routing, and route options all at once; it makes the cause harder to find.

If you still can’t connect, visit Troubleshooting and follow the checks for the issue you’re seeing, such as “can’t connect at all,” “connected but websites won’t load,” or “connection drops in the background on mobile.” If you submit a support ticket, include your operating system, client name, when the issue occurred, selected location, and error message. Hide account credentials, subscription links, and sensitive payment information. Continue through a dashboard support ticket.

Once setup is complete, everyday use usually comes down to opening the client, checking for subscription updates, choosing a server, and connecting. To use another device, repeat the import steps there. VPN59 has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but use and protect your subscription link in accordance with the service terms.
